Reading Group - I am Legend & The Shrinking Man

Celebrated for the depth and craft he could bring to seemingly childish material, Richard Matheson was a highly influential genre writer whose best work continues to cast a powerful spell today. Often cited as the finest Vampire novel ever written, I am Legend is both an atmospheric tale of suspense and a haunting depiction of human isolation, whilst The Shrinking Man remains an exciting and delirious classic of 1950s pulp paranoia.
