Feel-good living inspired by nature!

In The Wild Fix Scotland, writer and photographer Anna Deacon explores how the powerful connection between nature and wellbeing can help ease modern stress. Blending ancient wisdom with modern research, this beautifully illustrated guide is inspired by the elements of Water, Fire, Earth, and Air.

From wild swimming and forest bathing to mindful photography and seasonal living, Anna shows how aligning with nature can restore balance and calm, revealing why simply listening to birdsong or looking at images of nature can soothe the nervous system.

Featuring evocative photography of Scotland's raw beauty, The Wild Fix Scotland is an uplifting companion to feeling better, living well and reconnecting with the healing power of nature.
