This beautifully illustrated book tells the story of a remarkable house and its gardens, tracing their history and following the rhythm of the seasons as they flourish throughout the year.

Set within 60 acres of parkland, the neo-classical, picturesque-style grounds reveal a world of discovery including fern-filled courtyards, gothic archways, and even a hidden grotto. At the heart of the estate lies a walled kitchen garden, designed by award-winning landscape designer Arne Maynard.

Once overgrown and fallen into disrepair, this is the story of Paul's extraordinary 30-year journey to lovingly restore the land to its Georgian grandeur.
