Jess Elliott Dennison brings lovers of her Midweek Recipes, Weekend Recipes, and delicious food alike, her third book in the series: Vegetable Recipes. Here, she shares her favourite vegetarian dishes that celebrate the glorious variety of vegetables available throughout the seasons.
Including recipes for Leeks Vinaigrette and Celeriac Remoulade to enjoy with baguette, crispy Fennel and Onion Bhajis, a light summertime lasagne with courgettes and ricotta béchamel, and comforting pumpkin-curry pastries for colder months, this book is filled with dishes for all to enjoy.
This books was written, tested, and published from Dennison's studio in Edinburgh, with photography taken at The Hugo Burge Foundation glasshouses in the Scottish Borders.
