We're over the moon to welcome back the award-winning, magnetic husband and wife due, Sarit and Itamar from Honey & Co.
Good food can make any moment feel special, and in Honey & Co. Daily, that’s exactly what Itamar Srulovich and Sarit Packer bring to the table. In their new cookbook, the award-winning restaurateurs and authors behind Honey & Co. celebrate the everyday, with food that looks great and tastes sensational without taking all day to prepare. Drawing on the menu they serve at Honey & Co. Daily, their café in Store Street, London, this book is all about easy food for everyday pleasure.
Honey & Co. Daily covers everything from eggs and fragrant soups to ideas for in or on bread, nourishing salads, simple dinners, quick cookies and cakes, and speedy cocktails and desserts. Flavourful and effortless dishes include twists on brunch and lunch classics such as Broad bean and courgette shakshuka, Chorizo, corn and red onion frittata and Zingy tomato and orange soup with basil salsa, sandwiches from Crispy za’atar chicken schnitzel to Tunisian tuna and hearty, standalone salads like Roasted salmon salad with herb dressing and Sardine and pitta panzanella. Weeknight survival dinners include One-pan lamb and pappardelle and Mushroom, aubergine and chestnut shawarma while sweet stuff for the soul comes in the form of Tahini and preserved lemon cookies, Orange cake with chocolate flecks and Vanilla and peach jelly.
This is a cookbook to reach for time and again, with sauce-splattered pages and dog-eared corners, a true reference book for daily joy.
